Month-to-Month Plans
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. There are no long contracts in the draft position described here. A plan continues month to month until it is cancelled as described in our refund and cancellation information, or until either party ends the arrangement in writing.
Monthly work is delivered within the paid month, and reporting is provided monthly and transparently, so you can see what was done and what changed.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your business, your website access where needed for the agreed work, and timely feedback when we ask for approval or information. Delays in providing access or feedback may delay delivery, and we will tell you plainly if that happens.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information, for compliance with laws that apply to your business, and for any content you provide. Please do not ask us to publish content you know to be false or misleading.
Ownership
In the draft position described here, the website, accounts, and content published for the client remain the client’s. Details of ownership, access, and handover are confirmed in writing before work starts. This wording is included as a draft position and must be confirmed by the owner before this page is published, because ownership details can depend on the specific plan and on who created or paid for each asset.
Until that written confirmation is in place for a specific client, no broader ownership promise should be read into general website descriptions.
Limitations
SEO results are not guaranteed. Rankings, traffic, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine changes, competition, and your website history. We will report honestly on progress and will not claim a result we have not achieved.
We are not liable for losses caused by search engine updates, third-party platform changes, or actions taken by the client against our advice. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be limited by agreement.
These terms may be updated as services change. The version in place when you start a plan, together with your written scope, will describe that plan. If a term changes in a way that affects an existing plan, we will tell you plainly.
