How Cancellation Works
To cancel, email info@eazyrankseo.com and state clearly that you wish to cancel your plan. Please include the name and website used for your plan, so we can identify it. Cancellation takes effect for future months: after cancellation, unused future months are not charged.
Please allow a reasonable time for us to confirm cancellation in writing. If you are unsure whether cancellation has been confirmed, please contact us again before the next billing date.
What Happens to Work Already Delivered
Draft position, stated plainly: work delivered in a paid month is not refunded. That work includes optimisation, content, technical work, and reporting already completed and delivered in that month.
Unused future months are not charged after cancellation. This means cancellation stops future billing, rather than refunding work that has already been delivered in a paid month.

If Something Goes Wrong
If you believe a payment was taken in error, or if a service was not delivered as agreed for a paid month, please contact us promptly with the details, including the month and the payment concerned. We will review the matter honestly and explain what we find, including whether a correction is due under your written agreement.
